Now that we know how to get the fabulously silver-blonde ‘do Kim Kardashian West debuted at NYFW courtesy of her stylist, Chris Appleton, it’s on to the maintenance, which, with such a major dye job, requires quite the upkeep! Luckily, the mom of two knows exactly how to treat any potentially damaged hair thanks to the brand new $20 treatment she scored from Nexxus over the weekend.

Posting her shopping trip to her Instagram stores, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star quipped, “Oh, no big deal, just came into the Nexxus store. My hair being bleached, I have to get this new Emergencee [Reconstructive] protein Treatment ($20). So excited.”

Crafted especially for intensely damaged hair, the formula is part of a three-step system, which also includes Emergencee Rebalancing Shampoo ($12) and Restoring Conditioner ($17), all of which are concentrated with marine collagen and elastin to help build strength, so newly dyed tresses like the 36-year-old’s can recover from any chemical stress.

The treatment, in particular, goes on for just five minutes after you shampoo and is said to make a difference with just one wash, though it’s recommended for use once a week for maximum results.
